The Renaissance forest was a place of transformation - a refuge for outcasts, for queerness and superstition - myriad expressions of the self, seeking escape from restrictive human society. This project invites you to venture deep into an imagined woodland of personal otherness, to discover yourself through introspection.

Intricate bronze jewellery adorns the wearer with expressions of their own uniqueness, revealing a physical embodiment of something so often kept hidden. Each piece is designed in a collaborative process through open conversation with the wearer, conveying their desired meaning through strange and symbolic plants.
